OoOooohhhhh, now she looks like a crazy maniac who enjoys going around killing people.
Now look at the whole picture below.

Experiment4: Lion+Me
This is the lion:
Source: http://www.caribbeangardens.com/press/images/nz-lion-mane.jpg
Andddd, I'm not putting my face up (>_<)
At first, I only had the mane on me, but to make my face a little more 'lionly', i put the actual face of the lion as a overlay mask. Then I wanted pointy ears! So I went onto google and searched up 'Shiba-inu ears'. Shiba-inu is a Japanese breed of dogs with pointy ears, they're independent dogs. My auntie has a Shiba-inu and I used to walk him on a skateboard. We both loved it! Anyways, back on topic:
Umm, I lost the source,, so I cant put it up (-_-;;) sooo, just imagine the dog with the ears I have on my final product:

Experiment2: Liquify
I decided to just play around with a face with 'liquify'. But,, i couldnt find a good face to use so I used a dog! hehe, heres the dog:
Source: http://crazy-frankenstein.com/free-wallpapers-files/dog-wallpaper-files/cute-puppy-dog-wallpapers.jpg
Using the liquify tool, it only takes you a couple of seconds to make all sorts of faces from one image. It bloats, shrinks, twirls, reflects and does heaps of stuff you can play around with. First I made a angry/grumpy face of this puppy;
A worried face:
And fianlly,, the puss in boots face;

Tree frog and Emu once again
Laura S-L, from CM2 has a different tree fromu; http://sthlsehmish-laheycreativemedia.blogspot.com/
This is Laura's Tree Frog:
Source: https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVwr45WfAe0CC4L8u5tM9qMf2BT7FoKxBO-8mc5RdBFuUD_6MH0_LSkzcYCp8tluv_JhIUj0cgYTnKozZEqBFbPOGcDS9MIvz84zf4jUagQb6uKXcFo8PWYbUHk6d3-kU_RdJlfpDw_9TG/s1600/TreeFrog.jpg
Yes, it looks very differently from mine, even though we started off with the same two pictures.
This tells me that Photoshop allows a ultimite number of combinations from two simple pictures.
I was amazed at how well the beak of Laura's emu blended into the frog. I tried this too just for fun:
Ugh.. my beak isn't well blended like Laura's.. ahaha
I think it takes skill to do what Laura did! LoL I shall precide with my 'experiments' (^o^)/
My first experiment! Whoop!
Source: http://www.hotindienews.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/justin-bieber-300.jpg
Then I found the picture of a person with long hair (On the Right).
Source: http://www.aaa-fashion.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/curly-hairstyle1.jpg
I used masking and put the long hair on Justin Biebier
As you can see,the colour of the skin of the top half of the head and the bottom half of the head is different. I tried to fix this usin the blur tool and the cloning stamp; however, it still looks..not good.. haha
I decided to make him look look overjoyed since I took the time to research the expression. So I got a picture of a overjoyed mouth;

Source: http://www2.hiren.info/desktopwallpapers/thumb/very-sweet-baby-with-blue-eyes.jpg
So I decided to put this on; however, it did not turn out as I expected it to be.. Oh well, its my first try excluding the frog and the emu! Well here it is:
The main tools I used are:
-Masks
-Blur tool
-Cloning stamp
-Resize
-Rotate
-Paint Brush

Emotions: ast...aStOnISHED!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow, look at this little dude! His eyes are huge! In Dictionary.com, astonished is defined as, "to fill with sudden and overpowering suprise". I'd say it really describes this baby's expression well. (flabbergasted also describes it well,,, but i'll stick with 'astonished', heh.) The main feature of the baby that really shows astonishment is his eyes and eyebrows. His eyes are large and wide-open. It is as if the baby is sudden alert of something very suprising. Also, his eyebrows are high up, a result of his eyes widening.

Picture #2: Astonished man!
As shown in the photo of the baby above, this man's eyes are wide open and his eyebrows are high up which shows his suprise. However, this man's expression extends throughout his whole face. His eyebrows are high up, consequently, wrinkles have formed and can be seen on his forehead. His mouth is gaping open and his hands are up to his shoulders. A natural gesture of humans when they are suprised is opening their mouth wide and covering it with their hands. It seems that this man is in the process of putting his hand up to cover his mouth.

Picture #3: Astonished baby2
It seems like I have found the product of Picture #1 and Picture #2 combined. This Baby has all the features of 'astonishment'. Her eyes and mouth are wide open and eyebrows are high up.

Emotions: sad........ :'(
Awwww,,, Starting from the top of his face, every part of this little baby is sad. Around his eyebrows are little 'crinkles'; he's frowning. People tend to frown when they are confused, angry or sad. Next, his eyes are tightly shut. I don't know about the rest of the people, but when I was little, I cried with my eyes shut with a little frown, just like this baby. He's nose is slightly red and the 'creases(?)' that go from his nose around to his mouth shows that he isn't very pleased - even when the corners of his mouth is going up.
His overall face is pinkish. All these 'evidence' points to one answer; he is sad.
.......heh, that was so obvious to start with,, but,,yeh......lol........

Picture #2: a sad toddler..
The first thing I want to point out is that, the toddler is looking down. (As in her face is facing the ground-not the other 'down') I think when people are sad, they often look downwards. The opposite to happy faces, the corner of her outh is tweaked down. This alone expresses sadness. Look at her eyes. When people are sad, their eyes are slightly 'unfocused'. I think that's the closest word to describe it. Conclusion: This girl is sad.

Picture #3: Sad person...
As you can see, her expression is similar to the little girl (Pic#2). So all her features are described up there but here, I would like to expand on the look in her eyes. Ok, 'unfocused' is not the best word, but it was the closest describtion I could come up with. The eye-lid is slightly closed from looking down. She has this thoughtful, far-away look in her eyes.

Emotions: OvErJoYeD~~~~~!!!!!!!
Picture #1 An overjoyed boy!
One glance at this boy on the left, and you can tell he is happy. Actually, more than happy - I'd say he's overjoyed! He is looking up so not all the features are clear. However, even in this angle, you can see his eyes are slightly closed and are arched up like this: ^ ^ just like his eyebrows. Even by this, you can tell he is happy. But this boy is overjoyed. You can tell by his mouth. His mouth is wide open as if he is surprised or is about to scream. However, the corners of his mouth are tweaked up and all his teeth are showing. Also, his hand is made into a fist and are held up, this is an action many people do when something good happened or when they get a question of their homework right. They pull down their fist from up to down whispering "Yesssssss!"

Picture #2: overjoyed man
Judging by his uniform and the background, he is a soccer(/whatever sport) player and he just scored a goal!Whoop! I can see that this man is overjoyed as his face and gestures clearly express this. Just like the boy, his face is looking up at the sky and his eyes are closed. His eyes and brows are arched up and his mouth is wide open. The corners are tweaked up the slightest bit, expressing his happiness. But unlike the boy, he is kneeling down with his arms out to his sides. This position imposes his extreme happiness.

Picture #3: Overjoyed Woman
Yes, yes, another picture of a overjoyed person. The facial expression of an overjoyed person is clearly expressed in this photo but the gesture is also different. So I guess the point here is that the facial expressions and gestures have a limit to the similarity.
On the other pictures, the eyes are slightly 'arched', therefore, even if I covered up the mouth, you could see there happiness. However, if I cover up the mouth, it is not clear whether this person is actually happy. Yes, the important point here is her mouth. The mouth that is wide open with the corners tweaked up.

First Task: Emu+ Tree Frog =
First off, I needed both the frog and the emu to look in the same direction. On the emu, Iclicked on "images", "rotation" then "Flip Canvas Horizontal".
When the emu was looking the right way, the Rectangular Marquee Tool was used tochose a part of the head and was moved onto the frog.
The opacity of layer 1 (the emu's head) was reduced to about 60% so that both the emuand the frog could be seen.
To resize the head to fit the frog, I clicked on the layer and pressed apple control + T. Littleblack spots popped up and I was able to resize it so that the overall head, especially theeyes, matched the little frog's body.
On the layer, a mask was created. The important point here is to click on the mask first,then click on the brush tool. Before erasing the background around the head, click theswitch foreground and background colours. Everything besides the head and the beak is erased and the opacity is turned back to 100%.
Then, right click on the layer 1, duplicatelayer. Layer 1 is renamed head and the layer 1 copy is renamed beak. I click the "eye"button next to head and erase all the head - not the beak.
then I click the box that had the eye next to the 'head' so the eye is back. I make the eye dissapear next to the 'beak' and erase all the beak.
Make sure all the eyes are there for all three layers. Now, chose a layer to colorize. Go into Hue/Saturation and adjust the colour to suit the body of the frog
The finished Product::::
(Heh,, this one was a bit rushed.. lol)
